The fluidized bed incineration technology independently developed by BSG has unique advantages. It can deal with all kinds of municipal and industrial sludge, including dye, paper, leather, oily sludge, etc., and can also be used to dispose of pharmaceutical, chemical, residue and liquid waste.This technology is advanced, and has now been serialized. The sludge treatment capacity of a single furnace is 50~500 tons / day, the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the furnace is designed at 850-1100 ℃, and the range of feed
particle size is 0-20 mm. The sludge volume could be reduced by more than 90%; with treatment, the exhaust after incineration meets emissions standards and does not cause secondary pollution. The energy recovered after incineration can be used for power generation and steam production. Pollutants such as SO2, NOx, CO,HCL, dioxin and dust produced after incineration can be effectively controlled; the emissions can fully meet the latest Chinese and EU emission standards.
