 The nature of hazardous waste produced by petrochemical enterprises is more or less the same. Our company has accumulated a wealth of design experience in the process of design, construction and operation, learnt from and adopted the European advanced incineration system process package, successfully evolving and developing, by applying these processes to incineration projects of the domestic petrochemical industry, with installations containing a high level of automation operation and a high performance-to-price ratio. Since the incineration plant of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company was put into operation in 2012, the annual operating period of the incineration system has reached more than 330days, and the flue gas emission index has consistently achieved the EU2000 (EU) emission standard.The hazardous wastes in this industry mainly include: Petrochemical sludge (tank bottom sludge, oil sludge scum, activated sludge), waste activated carbon, waste resin, distillation residue, waste packaging, waste gloves, waste rags, high/ medium / low calorific value waste liquid and device waste gas, etc.; the types of materials involved are varied and complex.

 The hazardous wastes in this industry mainly include: Petrochemical sludge (tank bottom mud, oil sludge scum, activated sludge), waste activated carbon, waste resin, distillation residue, distillation residue, waste packaging, waste gloves,waste rags, high / medium / low calorific value waste liquid, device waste gas, etc., the types of materials are comple.

 

 

 The main processes for the integrated treatment of hazardous wastes in petrochemical systems are as follows: The oily sludge is subjected to a three-phase separation into oil / mud / water after quenching, tempering and fluidization treatment,and the oil can be recycled. The mud / water mixture is separated by centrifugation or screw stacking device, and the mudcake with a moisture content of about 75% and 85% is dried into the drying system, which can use a thin layer dryer or a paddle dryer; the moisture content of the dried sludge is about 30%~40%. The dried sludge then enters the subsequent rotary kiln incinerator and is incinerated after being sorted with other hazardous wastes. The operating condition of the incinerator is stable and relatively economical. The high temperature flue gas after incineration maximizes the energy recovery through the waste heat recovery device and reduces the net energy consumption of the system. The flue gas, after waste heat recovery, enters the follow-up flue gas purification system, which is designed to strictly adhere to relevant national standards. Based on the different components of flue gas produced after material incineration, a reasonable purification device that denitrifies, deacidify, removes dust, heavy metals, dioxins and other pollutants can make the flue gas emission index meet the EU2010 emission standard. The device is equipped with an independent SIS system, and the operation is safe and reliable.
