Technical process: Feeding system (shredder, crusher, hoist feeder + hydraulic pusher) + rotary kiln + secondary combustion chamber + waste heat boiler + SNCR + quenching tower + dry deacidification (lime injection) + activated carbon injection + baking soda dry deacidification + baghouse filter + wet deacidification + SCR (in reserve) + flue gas heater + induction fan + chimney

Project features: Incinerator flue gas cleansing is done through baking soda dry deacidification, with a deacidification efficiency of over 90%.
