Technical process: Feeding system (including pretreatment devices such as petrochemical sludge dewatering and thin layer drying, etc.; all kinds of solid waste, waste liquid and waste gas are separately fed into the furnace, such as bulk solid waste and dried sludge; oil sludge is fed by SMP, small barrel waste is fed by hoist and large inclined chute) + rotary kiln + secondary combustion chamber + waste heat boiler + SNCR+ quench tower + activated carbon injection + baghouse filter + wet deacidification + flue gas heater + chimney

Project features: This is a project of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Park, dealing with solid hazardous waste, liquid hazardous waste and some plant waste gas produced by various plants in the park; the incineration system process package is based on an advanced European design, which BSG then builds upon in the details; we also provide complete sets of equipment and on-site technical services. Since it was put into operation in 2012, the system has been operated stably for more than 330 days every year, and the flue gas emission has consistently met the EU 2000 emissions standard.
